We’re glad you are exploring the ministry of The Park, a worship gathering of Hyde Park Community UMC in Cincinnati, OH. Whether you are wondering what the Christian faith is about, a deeply committed follower of Christ, or a new Christian, The Park welcomes you to worship.

Our Lead Pastor is Sara Thomas, an ordained elder in the United Methodist Church. Pastor Sara was raised going to church with friends worshiping in a variety of Roman Catholic, Lutheran, and Baptist churches. Her family embodied Christian values, but, she did not worship every week. As an adult, a friend invited her to worship where he was preaching. She went, hoping to help care for her friends son. Her heart is for the unchurched, the badly churched, and the once churched.

Today, Pastor Sara seeks to welcome all into a community of faith by sharing practical messages brought to life with every day stories of people and places where she has experienced God. Using technology in effective ways, the worship we are
